Case Study No.1
A well established engineering partnership asked us to arrange finance on a new BMW 320i. We offered the customer Lease Purchase finance at an APR of 8.9% over a 4 year period. The deal was signed within 48 hours and the customer was delighted because we were considerably more competitive than the car dealer.
Case Study No.2
Two accountants decided to set up a new company to bottle soft drinks. They raised £200,000 from the Department of Trade and Industry and £100,000 from their bank. They needed an additional £120,000 to finance the bottling plant and we were able to lease the plant to them over a 4 year period.
Case Study No.3
Two brothers who were partners in a business specialising in the installation of marble floors, were renting their premises. The landlord was prepared to sell the premises to the brothers and so we arranged a 15 year Commercial Mortgage at 5.75% fixed. (The repayments were approximately 75% of the rent they had been paying).
Case Study No.4
A company involved in the manufacture of conservatories needed £250,000 in order to fund expansion. We bought their existing engineering equipment and computers and leased them back over a 5 year period.
Case Study No.5
A computer maintenance company were taking on 10 additional salesmen and they all needed cars. We arranged a 3 year Contract Hire deal inclusive of all maintenance, RAC cover, road tax and relief vehicle.
Case Study No.6
A sole trader electrician wanted us to provide him with a new van and wanted to make payments of £150 per month over a 3 year period. We financed the van on a Contract Purchase deal, including all maintenance for £145 per month. The electrician also has the opportunity to buy the van at the end of the contract if he so wishes.

Case Study No.1
Mr X came to us and said “I would like you to finance a 3 year old Ford Escort for me, but I do have 3 County Court Judgements against my name which are not satisfied, but I am back in full time employment having been out of work.” We credit searched Mr X and found that the County Court Judgements were for small amounts and were obviously registered during the time he was out of work. We were able to lend the trade value of the car over a 3 year period.
Case Study No.2
Mr Y had recently bought a derelict property for £22,000 cash and needed £17,000 to re-instate it so that he could let it out. We lent £17,000 on a Secured Loan over 5 years at 10.2%APR. We paid all the valuation and survey fees.
